It is possible to apply for a boat berth in Eiði municipality. Currently, there are no available berths, but you can make an application, and be placed on a waiting list.

Please note that you must obtain approval beforehand if you plan on having a large bonfire for New Year's Eve or any other of your interest. However, small bonfires for cooking or other outdoor activities do not require approval.

This is a self-service application for a building permit in Eiði municipality. 
Before any construction, the application for a building permit must be sent to the municipality for approval.

If you're interested in enrolling your child in a kindergarten, preschool, or after-school club, you may make the application through Vangan. 

 To get a place for your child, at least one parent and the child must be registered as residents in Eiðis Municipality. However, if you plan on moving to Eiðis Municipality, you can apply up to six months in advance.

We recommend applying early to ensure availability and to help the municipality with its planning.

The support is intended to promote cultural and sports initiatives and projects in Eiðis Municipality

If you organize an event that attracts a large number of people, such as a festival, outdoor concert, or sports competition, you should contact the municipality for permission.

If you have a child in the municipal care system, you can apply to the municipality for free daycare services.

A full or partial daycare service may be granted, depending on availability. Applications for daycare services must be submitted annually, no later than July 1st. If the application is submitted after this date, approval may be granted starting from the following month.

You are obliged to inform the municipality of any changes in your circumstances.

It requires that you provide us with your name, date of birth, address, and email.
