If you are a Sev customer but are unable to view any information regarding your electricity installations, you need to connect your p-tal to your customer number.

In this self-service, you can indicate whether you will take over an installation or cancel an installation.

Please note that, in the first instance it is necessary to have a customer number at Sev in order to announce the move in Vangin. New customers must announce the move on Sev's website under Boða frá flyting.

When you move out, it is important that you notify Sev, so that you do not pay for the electricity consumption of those who move in after you. If no one is notified, the person moving out is obliged to pay for the electricity consumption until notified. The person moving in can also announce the move.
